Loom rental (Weeks 2+), July-Aug., Catskill
A limited number of looms and 24/7 studio access will be available to rent by the week for independent weaving projects during July and August in the Catskill Studio. The first week’s fee of $150 includes: loom rental, 24/7 studio key access, weaving equipment, personal storage cart, materials for one small (2 yard x 18”, or similarly sized) project, studio orientation, and project planning consult. Every week thereafter is $100 and includes: loom rental, 24/7 studio key access, weaving equipment, and personal storage cart. This will be available to CWS alum who are comfortable setting up a loom on their own, or with prior approval. It is recommended to rent the looms for at least 2-3 weeks at a time.
Send email to info@catskillweavingschool for availability, specific loom and equipment requests, and approval before registering. CWS reserves the right to cancel your registration and refund your payment (minus cc fee) if you do not receive prior consent.

Cancellation Policy
Please consider carefully before signing up for one of our classes, loom rentals, or purchasing for another person. Due to the small class size for in-person workshops and the limited number of looms, each person makes an important contribution to the group dynamic and cancelling within short notice can make it difficult to fill your spot. If you do need to cancel, please be aware of our policies:
If the cancellation is 30 or more days before the start of the workshop, you have the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. If the cancellation is fewer than 30 days from the start of the workshop, this results in forfeiture of your entire course fee. If your spot can be from the waitlist, then you will only pay the $25 processing fee, regardless of timing.
No refunds will be given on gift certificates. (Updated 05/05/2024)
